X2114A Englisch for better business Niveau B1/ B2 - Modul A

The working world has changed rapidly over the past years due to economic disruptions, digitalisation and the shift to remote working among others; this has affected the way people make business. This course helps you to improve your business communication and gain confidence to make business in this new scenario. It includes three modules:  

Module A (dieser Kurs): Personal encounters

This module is about dealing with personal encounters in the business world. You will gain confidence mastering social situations of business Englisch, such as building relationships and promoting yourself and your company.  

Module B (Kurs X2114B): Day-to-day business.

This module has a strong focus on day-to-day business. You will master daily routines, such as making appointments; writing agendas, meetings minutes and planning your work.  

Module C (vor. April 2026): Business Results

This module will help you make an impact with the results of your work. This includes reporting on progress and achievements, keeping each other informed and dealing with facts and figures. 

Your instructor has extensive experience working for US-American companies in different marketing business positions. She will guide you through all three modules within 2 semesters.
